January 2009 General Membership Meeting
Mr. John Galligan of NYCOM will be the guest speaker for the January meeting. Mr. Galligan will conduct a seminar on LOSAP(Length of Service Award) for volunteer fire personel.
COMMUNITY LAND TRUST HOUSING
Community Land Trust Housing is a relatively new concept of "Affordable Housing" to Long Island. While successful in other parts of the United States, it is now only being presented as another option to curb the loss of young Long Island professionals who can not afford to live in this area.
