Complete the enclosed Village Energy Group of Nassau County Agreement Form, sign and return to the NCVOA offices at 525 South 13th Street, New Hyde Park, NY 11040.

Transfer the enclosed letter, explaining the Econnergy Village Program, onto your
village letterhead in electronic format. This letter and a database of your residents and businesses addresses should be emailed to Mr. Robert Kane at
kaner@econnergy.com.
