Jack McGowan in the hospital because of complications..
Jack McGowan, former mayor of Garden City and NCVOA Executive Director Emeritus, is back in St. Francis Hospital due to complications from exploratory surgery. Unfortunately, Jack suffered a set back when his incision broke following his routine surgey. At present he is in intensive care and our prayers are with in for a successful recovery.
