As reported in our last issue of this newsletter a number of villages have a concern regarding the on going problems of certioraris.

Given that concern, we also reported in our last issue that a committee was being formed to investigate the nature of the certiorari and the best way to deal with the issue.

A number of village officials have volunteered to meet and explore this issue and at this time the recommendation is for those members to meet in the La Marmite one hour prior to our general membership meeting on February 12, 2008.

Any village official interested in being a part of this committee can join with the committee at the appointed time and place.
