Emergency Management Update: 

In trying to improve our lines of communications, the Nassau County of Emergency Management will take over direct emailing to all village Emergency Managers.  

Managers are asked to sign in to the County site listed below entitled “OEM Daily Intelligence Brief.” This is an excellent site as it will not only keep managers up to date on important information from NCOEM but it also includes information on the many OEM educational opportunities available from Federal, State and local agencies. Essentially, you will now be receiving limited information from the Village OEM.

Additionally if you are a sworn Law Enforcement Police or Peace Officer you may qualify for the Law Enforcement Only Brief. Please indicate if you are a sworn officer.
